Technology Transfer

To acquire a technology can suppose a very complex process, fundamentally due to the habitual breach of knowledge between that who has the technology and that who tries to take advantage of it. The differences between these parts usually also exist in the language (in the sense of reasoning) and in the approach with which both parts approach to this process.

The success of a technology transfer can be made difficult by diverse interests conflicts between the parts. It is habitual to find, of one part, a lack of capacity to transmit knowledge and to give formation to his client, and of the other part, a lack of capacity, of technical and human resources to correctly assimilate the technology and to assure the profitability of its investment.
